Come to interview supervisor and technical lead. At this time there was no supervisor due to his meeting. I was interviewed with technical lead with comprehensive electronic test. Some questions I would not answer, but technical lead gave me hint to figure out. He was very nice at the interview and at the 11-month working with him as a contractor.

Entrevista
Department HR setup interviewed with hiring manager and 3 others that I would be working with in the Operations department. I interview with each individual and then with them all as a group panel and the second day I interviewed with the VP of Operations.

Entrevista
It was ok until I got drilled on Servant Leadership and what it meant and how I was a servant leader. You have to meet with HR and then do the rounds with everyone asking about what your expertise is and how you fit into the servant leadership organization. Later on you find out that this is mandatory and that it is mandated from the owners to ask these questions which feel mostly like a religion.

We are a servant leader organization. What do you know about that? How were you ever a servant leader? etc...etc...
We ask these questions to find out if candidates have ever heard of Servant Leadership and to help us discern if they will be a good culture fit with the organization. We also tailor our examples of the company culture based on how familiar or unfamiliar the candidate is with the concept of Servant Leadership. We like to give relevant examples of our culture that will resonate with the candidates so they have a clear picture of our culture and work environment to make an informed decision about joining the company if an offer is made. We realize that our Servant Leadership culture and work environment are not for everyone and finding Employees that fit well with the company culture is so important for both the Employee, their peers and the company so we do our best to identify candidates that will be successful.
