1st interview with the QA lead: General QA questions, methodology, test automation strategy. 2nd interview panel with 2 QA team members: REST API exercise, UI test automation , SQL. Process includes a few more panel interviews. To get an offer, must pass a cognitive assessment.

I received an email from a recruiter. I didn't respond for a week or two, but when I did he got back to me fairly quickly. The first round was the screening with my recruiter. Second round was with the hiring manager, then the 3rd round had 2 panel interviews. The first with some devs, and the 2nd with a QA person and a Systems Engineer, I believe. The entire process took about 3 weeks from start to finish, including the offer. The recruiters that I worked with were very responsive and amazing to work with! There is a cognitive test and personality test that you're required to take, and I found the cognitive test to be a little difficult since it's timed. I used some online resources to find a study guide (Udemy) where you could take 6 different versions CCAT style tests. It really helped, I passed in the first go. They didn't really ask many technical questions. There were a handful, and I was able to get most of them correct, or at least partially correct. Most of the questions had to do with previous experience and how I am with my team. All-in-all, a great experience. Very fast and efficient.
