Informal introduction call and two video interviews. The final interview was conducted by someone who was hired a few days prior. They recorded both interviews without any prior notice or verbal consent which I found to be odd and unprofessional. I was given a "verbal offer" 2 weeks ago with a promise of something turned around on paper and got completely ghosted. Who does that? I lost job opportunities because of this. If you have any personal / professional self respect I would recommend people stay away from this company. Red flags all over this operation.
