Entrevista
Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

Entrevista
I applied online through careerbuilder and was contact by phone two days later. A group interview was set up with the Assistant Manager. The Group interview included myself and four other women. We were asked to introduce ourselves to the manager and the group and asked the standard situational interview questions. Basically, it was an interview to see who was the most outgoing and had personality. After the interview concluded, I was the last to leave and was approached as I headed for the door and offered the position. I was then set up to do a phone interview with the district manager. She liked me as well and I was hired.
NOTE** They are looking at your attire during your interview... They want fashion forward and/or stylish, yet still professional. the classic black skirt/pantsuit will work, but you may blend into the group. Also, they seem to favor stylish heels (height doesnt matter), which perplexes me since the staff is usually 98% female.

Tell me about a time that you were very angry with a customer, a friend, a co-worker, or family member. What did you do?
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Entrevista
Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
