phone interview, just go through the resume and ask general questions like why you apply for this position, when did you graduate, education level, etc. Since I am an international student, the recruiter also asked if I need a working visa sponsorship. The interview has nothing technical and takes about 15 minutes in total.

First, I found information about the company on internet, and linkedin, after, I clicked easy apply to apply this position. Second, they would send mail for me to confirm that I've applied successfully, and it was processing, and i waiting for them to call me interview.
