Applied and received invitation to interview within one week. First step was passing an assessment. This assessment is filled with questions that are meant to take up time since the assessment is timed. Make sure to only spend minimal time on confusion questions involving patterns. I only got through around 30 out of the 50 and was able to move forward. Next a two hour, yea two whole hours, interview is scheduled asap. Mine was scheduled for the very next week after the initial interview request and assessment was sent. They listed 3 team members would be present during each session but only the beginning part had more than one team member. The interview is divided into three parts. First, present any app such as Gmail and go over common interview questions. Second, meet with an employee to shadow and listen to calls. This ended up being a completely different team member than listed and no calls came in during the entire meeting. Third, final set of interview questions and housekeeping questions with upper management. Then I received a decision email by the next business day early in the morning. It was an email that can receive replies.
