Found opportunity via web. Contacted by a recruiter who did some initial screen. Interview process was very thorough. I had meetings with HR, two managers, and one co-worker. Some of the questions seem to be focused on my experience and skills and others seemed focused on how well i would blend into the culture.

Entrevista
Phone Screen with Recruitment Manager, followed by HR interview - with standard behaviour questions, asked to provide examples of good team working, overcoming challenging situations etc - and a couple interviews with team leaders to determine where I would fit best. Good mix of the interviewers describing the company/software and finding out about me
