The interviews were a complete waste of time. I submitted my resume through a referral and was initially screened by the recruiter . She was a joy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. What was really annoying is the head of strategy already saw my resume and knew the experience I had. I go through the first interview. This was with the prinicipal and scenario based question. How do I influence the executives to buy into the Ceridian solution. I did very well and made it to the second round. This was a live case interview. It consisted of a market sizing question and a profitability question. Again I pass that as well and did very well. Then it gets to the head of strategy and his reason was I didn't have enough experience. If that was the case then why wasn't it mentioned upfront.
