Recruiter replied via email after I submitted my LinkedIn application. Was very responsive and helpful.
First round with above recruiter went great. Get to know you type stuff
Second round with Manager also went well. Experience examples provided and How would you handle X, Y, Z stuff.
Third Round (Technical). 2 individuals, questions on architecture and Leetcode.
Sadly, I hadn't been in .NET land for a couple of years and even after some prep I was still too rusty. I explained my thinking, but the syntax just wasn't coming to me. Got an email 2 weeks after Tech Interview that they decided to go with someone with stronger .NET. I completely understand but I was a little disappointed given today's landscape of AI.
Would do it again given the opportunity and prepare a little better

- Applied through LinkedIn after finding matching job opening - HR contacted on phone after scheduling a meeting on her calender. Scheduled by me after looking her calender - HR along with other basic details asked basic programming questions. - After this, she sent an email with entire recruitment process with a time for 1st technical round - In all, 2 technical round were mentioned, 1 with one of their software developer and another with the team / manager. - In first 1:1 technical round, he started with all OOP basics, with textbook question of which he may not be aware from definition point of view. - I had precisely practical approach of answering each of which he sounded positive. He took the entire time. Also asked the algo approach question for finding a string in a textbook. Also he expected Automated testing and unit testing information to be present in resume (like who writes unit testing, when C# is all about TDD) - Overall i was positive to be selected, but received an email of rejection due to lacking skills from areas where they found other candidate to be stronger and experienced. No mention of the areas.
