I turned in a hand written application then was called and asked to come in for training with the other cashiers since this was a new business i got first hand training and learned very quickly and became an expert before anyone else. there was never a set interview i just had to show up to prove my capabilities

Was quite brief. Very casual and laidback.
I was given a quiz before doing so. Interviewer would make a lot of jokes and lean on the chair. Lasted less than 20 minutes and was during a very relaxing day.

Entrevista
To get hired I just went in and inquired about a sign that was up saying part-time work was available. I talked to the manager, gave her my school schedule, and started working that same week. She was good about not scheduling me during classes but I would open and run the shop all day long alone and close.
