The interview process was (unnecessarily) long and drawn out. The overall interview time was greater than two months. There was an interview with the manager and current CRC and then radio silence. When I emailed asking about next steps, the response was fairly quick. Then, there was an interview with multiple physicians with whom I would be working. Overall, it took about 6 months from applying to starting in my role. It took about 3 months from initial interview to start date.

Had a phone interview first. There was a delay in scheduling an in-person interview due to the holidays. In-person interview was a 2 step process. Had a 2:1 interview then a panel interview. I was taken on a tour of hospital to see the new renovations. The interview was very professional.
