Applied online, then met the management staff at a career fair where they set up an in-person interview. I spoke with 2 people about my background, experience, and what I was looking for upon graduation. They were very friendly throughout the process and helpful. After this interview, it took about 2 months to hear if I had received the position or not. Once I was confirmed then I had to take a drug test before being hired.
Apply to job on a job posting site. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Get called in for an interview, meet with the District Manager. Get called back in for another interview or get an offer or decline from the job.
