You have to know someone to get a job, it is rarely the case when they select someone from the CV's they receive. When they are looking for people they usually ask current employees to ask their friends. They need people almost all the time.

The interview was very fast and not stressful at all, felt more like a casual conversation than a job interview. It is completely okay if you onlyspeak engliand not danish, in fact not many of the housekeepers in the company speak danish

There was no interview. They told me to come on one day and made me work straight away which I didn't expect. It would be better if I knew but I survived.
