Each principal or school will have a little bit of a different interview process. They go from easy, to a little difficult, to super formal to easy formal. They've all been mostly simple though. Depending on what the school is looking for and your experience related to the job, this will let you know after if you are going to get it or not. I interviewed at a couple high schools and a lot of elementary schools. The high schools want you to have a lot of experience working at that age group and may even want you to change diapers. I didn't get a job at those because you might have to change a student's diaper and they are too big for me to do that and they don't pay enough either. I mainly wanted an Interrelated position and that's what I got at an elementary school.
