I was referred to the company by a friend of a friend. I was contacted about 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. I was asked game design questions and it was fairly open ended. They wanted to hear my ideas and see if I was the right culture fit. I was quickly brought in and had two rounds of on site interviews for about 7 hours total. After initial contact, the whole process took less than 2 weeks to receive an offer.
