Thank you for the feedback as this helps us to highlight the process to prospective candidates. Proficiency in computer based tools is a must in our company as we are remote. Inability to use some of the basic tools like Word Doc hinders us as we need to use these software tools to collaborate and communicate with each other even if the role is that of a SQL Developer. Also, while willingness to learn is a trait that is important, we will also ensure that majority of the basic requirements in the JD are being met. Meeting just a few is not setting up the candidate to succeed in their job. Please consider job interview as a two-way process where candidates are also assessing if the company is the right fit for them.
