Very Professional, Seamless & Efficient. The Talent Acquisition Specialist was very efficient and responsive to me throughout the process. I had my initial phone screening (which went extremely well) and then my 1st official interview with two amazing hiring managers and then the 2nd one with one of the directors; I was offered the position right after. They asked great questions, asked more about my skills and expertise in the field of higher education and advisement. They were all very friendly and I felt the overall culture and Devry community was instantly a place and environment that I wanted to work at and work for, for the present and my future; the interviewing process aligned with how I envisioned a great process to go!

The interview process consisted of three separate interviews, the first one being with the recruiter. You advance to another interview depending on how each one goes. I liked having the "milestone" interviews, it helped me plan and prepare for the next one and built my excitement! I like that I was able to be myself in the interviews, professionally of course. The interviewers were all very personable and easy to connect with.
