They cold call you via email, gage your interest in your search for a new role and then start sending you opportunities. They seem to only care about placing you to make commission. Did not seem genuine
Very easy and conversational. Not intimidating. Started with a phone screen with the recruiter. She was quick to schedule me for the next round and keep me updated throughout the process.
