After a few brief emails, I met with a panel of 3 people from engineering, account management, & the CTO. The interview was very casual. I recommend being yourself, don't put on a corporate attitude. They are looking for genuine people to be a good fit for a growing team. I had scenarios prepared to illustrate my strong points. They were interested in discussing what I could add to the team. The interview was about 45 minutes.
