The interview took place at Toynbee Hall and was a panel interview. A number of competency questions were asked with sufficient time given to answer each question. A telephone conversation was given in order to accept the interview and then the interview was held in the offices with three panel members. The panel members had clear experience and understood exactly what they were looking for.
