Terrible experience! I know several people who have applied for jobs across multiple roles that have not heard back, not even rejections. What awful candidate experience. Hire better recruiters, where are all these applications landing. The head of talent and one of the technical recruiting managers is always on LinkedIn, maybe pause and do some actual work into what’s happening with your roles/hiring.
