Was done in the front seat of a truck right after the person who used to run the area was crushed by a faulty piece of equipment. Highlighted what the job was and what would be expected. Told me the past success of the area and told me that if I put in an equal or greater effort, bonuses would come yearly and at a high rate. Never happened but sounded good at the time.
