1. 2hr coding test 2. ⁠bar raiser for 1 hr 3. ⁠system design 1hr 4. ⁠system design again for 2hrs 5. ⁠culture fit for 30+ mins I was rejected without any reason. The CEO kept asking me about my salaries right from the start of my career. I mean he just kept asking, calculating the percentages. I mean if my salary was the issue, why couldn’t they have said it in the beginning when they took all the details about my expectations? I did everything right, made so much time to attend their interviews only to get rejected without knowing any reason. What a funny company. If you’re serious, and want to switch to a good company, this isn’t the one. Just don’t even apply when you see this company. It’s not your skills the problem, they’ll not even ask you difficult questions, but their CEO will reject you for sure. Im so glad, I’m not joining this mediocre company.
