This company is very unorganized. The recruiter set up the first interview and send me the teams meeting with the wrong time! I made it to the second round of interviews and all of a sudden a new recuriter was contacting me about this role. She emailed me at 8pm at night to set up the interview and then never sent me the interview link. She then called me the next morning stating she forgot to email me the link which made me a hour late to my interview because of her. The interviewers were waiting for me because of her mistake. Very unorganized and uprofessional. After all of that I still made it to final rounds of interview and then they ghosted me. I would have respected an email stating I didn’t get it instead of ghosting. Terrible. Would not work for a company like that anyways.

I recently had the displeasure of going through the interview process at Decisely for a software developer position, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The interviewers seemed completely unprepared, lacking any coherent line of questioning and often resorting to disrespectful and inappropriate remarks.
The entire process felt like a chaotic mess, with interviewers jumping from one topic to another without any clear direction. It was evident that they had no clue what they were asking and lacked a basic understanding of the role they were interviewing for.
What's worse is the disrespectful attitude towards candidates. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue, interviewers resorted to talking down about past experiences and even going as far as calling them "lame", "poor" and "sus". This aggressive behavior only served to create a hostile environment that was completely unwelcoming.
Furthermore, interviewers seemed more interested in talking about themselves and their opinions rather than assessing the skills and qualifications of the candidates. They would ask questions only to cut off the responses midway, leaving candidates feeling frustrated and undervalued.
It's clear that Decisely's interview process is deeply flawed and reflects poorly on the company culture. I would strongly advise any job seekers to steer clear of this organization unless they enjoy being disrespected and demeaned. Decisely has a long way to go in terms of improving their hiring practices and treating candidates with the respect they deserve.

Entrevista
Process moved quickly. Two onsite interviews. One technical and one behavioral. First onsite was a 1 hour interview with three people. Questions were related to general CS concepts, OOP, web knowledge, etc. 30 minute behavioral interview with CPO.
