First interview was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked what piqued my interest about the job description and to discuss prior similar work experience. The second follow-up interview was an interview via Zoom that lasted approximately twenty to thirty minutes and I was asked to elaborate / go into further detail about my previous work experience and why I think I would be a good fit for the position.
