HR called the first time during work hours and despite call not being picked up, he kept calling few more times anyway until I picked up and after being told it’s not a good time , he asked if I am able to attend the interview that day and I told him to just send a WhatsApp with the JD in. Shortly after he proceed to WhatsApp invite me for interview on noon 12-4pm that day (note that it’s already 1130pm by the time I replied his “hi”) Then arranged another day for interview where during the interview time (12pm) , HR called me 1 hour before to remind me about the interview and 30min later too. I waited in the meet on time at 12pm on the dot where interviewer were late. I dropped a message to the HR and did not get any response in the few minutes, meanwhile I received another meet link from the interviewer themselves as due to technical issues we had to switch to another room. I end up joining the new meet link and met with the two interviewers (manager and director) and this HR started calling me. I picked up the first call and he kept asking if I’m talking to the interviewers already while I assure him I am in the meet before ending the call. The interview went okay even though the director can’t stop yawning (maybe what I was saying is not interesting enough or he pulled an all nighter). Ended the interview and had at least 6 missed calls from the HR (for almost every 10min throughout my interview) and when he asked if my interview was okay, I told him it be better if it was him calling me nonstop. I asked him why would he kept calling when I’m in the interview, he just said his HR manager told him to. So thanks but no thanks dude. This is the worst Hr process I’ve been through and no matter the offer I wouldn’t consider at all because of your first impression. Terrible
