Bizarre, and almost cult-like. Long sessions felt like interrogations. Heavy emphasis on personal life, culture fit, etc. Company has a reputation for maintaining a bizarre corporate atmosphere and it's true.

Entrevista
I really enjoyed coming in for this interview. I met with the person who would be my supervisor and one of the higher level managers. They were both extremely intelligent and welcoming. We had a pleasant, open-ended conversation about the business, the position, and myself. The offices were amazing, and the location was great. Definitely recommend grabbing a cup of coffee from Blue Bottle while you're out.
