As someone in my mid-30s with over a decade in corporate presales, this was one of the more unprofessional recruiter interactions I’ve experienced. My call with Yas felt rushed, disengaged, and poorly structured from the outset. He appeared uninterested, asked surface-level questions, and didn’t provide clear information about the role, team, or expectations. Midway through the call, Yas switched off his camera and didn’t turn it back on, which came across as dismissive and lacking basic professionalism — especially when candidates are expected to remain fully engaged.
There was also no follow-up after the interview, despite being told I would hear back. Communication overall felt inconsistent and transactional, with minimal effort to create a professional candidate experience. I also noticed two other reviews on Glassdoor describing very similar interactions, which suggests this may not be an isolated experience. Overall, the interaction felt disorganised, disengaged, and easily one of the worst recruiter experiences I’ve had.
