Had an introductory interview with the hiring manager which went well, and I was asked to do a home task after the interview. I submitted the work within the time frame requested, and they have since ghosted me. There wasn’t even a response from them acknowledging that they received it. Literally NOTHING. It’s really disappointing to see companies treat people like this and not value the time and effort candidates put in the interviewing process. I’ve never left a negative review on Glassdoor but felt I had to because of this experience so other people don’t waste their time. Seems like from other reviews this is a common practice for this company, which is ironic because they published an article on medium on how they treat their hiring process differently than other companies. I would urge anyone interviewing with this company be cautious of this.
