Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 5 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Deel.
Entrevista
The interview process started out quite well
1/ Personality interview with my potential manager
2/ 2nd Interview with my potential manager where I outlie my plan to grow business in the said country
3/ Interview with CRO & Co-Founder
4/ Interview with CEO & Co-Founder
Finding time slots to engage with them was hectic from the beginning and this should have been a red hair for what happened after.
When I was "selected" for the role I was then told that they had no full-time contracts but worked with contractors only (this had never been said before in the process). Quite surprising for a company who builds tech to steamline this service to other companies.
We had discussed $$$ but there is obviously a difference between being a contractor (and thus setting up a busines locally) and being a full time employee.
Deel was unable to give me any details on my actual pay and I had to bill some fiscalists I knew in order for them to give me a correct answer.
After we (finally) agreed on an amout the said "manager" stood me up 8 times 10 minutes before our call
I never received a contract and never got any form of written offer.
After 2 months of this situation I respectfully explained why I did not want to work in this situation. Deel never answered this message.
I think they have a great product but there is a huge lack of transparency in the entire process that cannot be forgiven just because they are a startup.

Business plan for the next 5 years for a given country
After my second interview i have never heard from them again, even though i sent a couple of emails. I dont mind the rejection but its just unprofessional to deal with your candidates like that.
