There is a Presentation of Home Task to the future manager. If this presentation is successfull, the last step is an interview with the Manager of the Manager. After this interview, if ok, you receive an offer.

Thanks for sharing your hiring process experience, it's really important for us and welcome onboard.
Entrevista
The process began with an HR interview, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager that focused on my previous experience and client-facing skills relevant to the position. Next was a case study, where I was asked to draft an email addressing an onboarding challenge and an escalation scenario. The final step was a "Elevate" interview focused on culture fit.

Although i did get the job, I have to say I did enjoy the interview process. it was very fast and straightforward. 4 rounds in about 2 weeks time!
HR call screening- Senior management - assignment- peer interview.
I did feel one of the interviewers in the peer interview was not as friendly as others; she was cold and honestly, I also didnt feel there was chemistry.
HR sent me a long feedback regarding the assignment and interview, which I really appreciate and thus willing to write this feedback.
