The Recruiter contacted me via Linkedin, and after a brief chat of 30-40 mins, she suggested I should do a technical and business case test. I worked during the holidays as the recruiter needed the results ASAP. It was not a very interest problem to solve, and the dataset in which I did wad to work was code generated. I tried my best to make sense of those datasets, and made a good presentation, but never received any feedback. I had to get in touch with the recruiter myself after 3 weeks, and she confirm that I was not selected, but did not give me any feedback of why and what they were expecting. I believe this company did not respect my dedication and time at all.
