I had an HR interview and I got some tech questions during that process.
I wasn't expecting those questions, be aware of this scenario where people guys would ask tech things.

They asked me about concurrency/lock problems, how I would work with those requirements.
1 technical interview, then another interview with the team lead, one cultural fit interview with senior management. There was no leetcode at all but conversations and direct questions. Overall interviewee friendly

Entrevista
The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and had the most arrogant attitude I have ever experienced in a hiring process. Big red flag. Constantly interrupting me over small details. Demeaning attitude, not a single smile. It's like they wanted me to fail and feel under pressure. It's okay to discuss different views on architecture. But nitpicking the syntax and tiny details was simply not helpful to anyone. If that's the culture, I dodged a bullet.
