A phone interview that went under time. Discussion and questions consist of broad level employment experience targeted at desired skills for the position. The recruiter was pleasant but notified me I'd hear back within 2 days about moving to the next stage. Its now been 4-5 weeks and no update after a couple of follow up emails.
