I applied for research intern under sag group in drdo.I was assigned under a leading rresearcher scientist i was able to learn new things and have good learning all about cryptography.It was purely research based.

Only basics of computer science fundamentals were asked like
Oops , Dsa, programming languages etc
Overall process was so smooth
I would recommend applying to drdo if you want to do good internship from reputed organization
