One round of online assessment for 1 hour language of your choice. Next round was interview with the team bosses you’re working with - Manager (Head), Dy Manager (Principal Manager) and Tech Lead (Principal Engineer)

Interviewers were late to my interview and were very condescending, especially the director who kept emphasising on his background as a scholar. Director didnt have a good idea of how he wanted his center to be run. Just a group of scholars fast-tracked into management with a heavy focus on optical progress. Sad, considering that I had a pretty good impression of DSTA before this.
