I was approached on LinkedIn, and we proceeded to a first 30-minute interview with the Human Resources Lead.
At the end of the interview, they said they would provide feedback in the beginning of the following week, between Monday and Tuesday.
After two weeks, I sent an email asking for feedback, and a few minutes later, I received a separate generic email informing me that I didn't move forward in the process.
Positive points: They were honest in sharing that the position was to replace someone who was leaving.
I rate it a neutral overall experience because I did enjoy the interview but not giving any feedback unless you ask for it is a red flag.
