Really unprofessional process might I say. The recruiter emails me asking if I could do a phone interview the next day and calls me by the wrong name. She then resends the email with my name and doesn't apologize. Onto the interview, she asks standard HR behavior questions, without really bothering to really getting to know me. At the end of the interview, I have questions however she cuts me off and ends it. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.
