I applied online and cleared the first HR pre-screening interview. During the second round of interview, the interviewer said, whether I go to the next round or not, they will let me know by Wednesday of following week. I followed up on Friday of that week, and no response, irony that the interviewer said clear communication is organization's top priority and this organization is based on relationships. Weeks have gone by and no reply - Ghosted.
