I was invited for a phone and then Teams interview with an HR representative, which was short and straightforward. The interviewer asked basic questions and mentioned I would hear back the following week. After a week and a half with no response, I followed up politely, but received no reply. One month later, still nothing. If you’ve decided not to move forward with a candidate, that's completely fine, zero offence taken! But it's only professional to respond, whether it's a rejection or an update, especially after a a second round interview. It's incredibly unprofessional for a company of this size to ghost candidates in the middle of the interview process. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I hadn’t already been interviewed. While I understand the challenges of responding to every application, it’s essential for companies to honor their commitments and provide a response to candidates they've interviewed. A simple “we’re experiencing delays” or a clear answer—yes or no—would show respect and accountability.

Very well organised. First they have a video interview and when selected, it moves to an interview with a person. Extremely professional and unbiased. They have great leaders conducting interviews.
