The interview was relaxed and the partners were very cordial to meet with. I submitted a coversheet and resume on the college website. I was contacted through email and scheduled a time to meet them at their firm. When I went to the interview one partner came and talked to me first for about half an hour and then when he was finished three other attorneys that worked there came in and talked to me for about another half hour. The whole interview was about an hour long and wasn't too difficult.
