From seeing job posted to submission of my resume to their request for interview was about 60 hours. I felt the interview was a good interview. I also felt that there was a good connection with the interviewer who I would be working with directly. Since this was a temporary position, we discussed the projects and the challenges they presented and how my background answered their needs. Because of prior flower industry experience and specific task experience (over ten years) I felt I was an excellent match for the job requirements. The pay was a fair hourly rate. Three business days after the interview I was informed they decided on another candidate. FYI - Delaware Valley Wholesale Florists is located in rural south Jersey. The building is fairly modern with a free standing, open backed stairway to its upper level.
