Three stage interview process, which was clearly outlined by HR before undertaking stage one. Stage one consisted of a friendly chat with an existing consultant who asked me a handful of semi-challenging questions relevant to the role, and probed me for previous experience that would benefit me in this position. We also talked about reasons for why I wanted the job and what Delib offered in terms of a typical working day and expectations. Stage two was a face to face interview consisting of the consultant from the phone interview, the departmental (line) manager and a member from HR to ensure the interview process was conducted in line with company standards and to make sure that any other questions about the company that were specifically related to the role could be answered there and then. The interview was great. I felt at ease and made to feel very comfortable. Questions ranged from the expected to the extraordinary which I found quite fun and I was given a really clear understanding of what it was like to work at Delib, no holes barred, so I could make an informed decision.The final stage was a trial day lasting 6 hours in which I was briefed on a new market and then tasked with calling prospective leads with the aim of booking in demos. It was a nerve racking day but ultimately gave me great insight in to the office environment and what the job would entail. Delib were able to make a good assessment of me, and I of Delib. It was a paid day and on the back of the trial day I was made a job offer within 24 hours, to which I accepted and began working for Delib as soon as my background checks came back (approx 1 - 2 weeks). All in all a really good interview process.
