First interview was fine, co-owner was actually really cool. Super gracious about me missing the recruiting email. Ultimately it felt like the interview process was very focused on preventing pretenders from entering the company. It was kinda stressed that people had been unauthentic in the past. My interviewer was cool with me not having a python past, which was a plus.
