Entrevista
Pros: The Talent Acquisition team was excellent. The initial screening was well-handled, and they did a great job of keeping me updated and providing prep materials throughout the various stages. It was also good to see the office culture and meet different people across the business.
Cons: The sheer length of the process is the biggest issue. It’s a 6-7 stage marathon: screening, business interview, full loop, case study, behavioural, leadership, final, and then a debrief. Compared to the industry average of 3–4 stages, this felt excessive and eventually demotivating.
The Case Study was particularly frustrating. It wasn’t made clear that the presentation would be a roleplay until it started. I was prepared for the data, but the delivery was tough because they stayed in character the whole time interrupting every slide and questioning me on specific internal info that wasn't in the data pack and you'd only know if you already worked there. Furthermore, the body language of one guy was unprofessional, yawning and appearing visibly unbothered which made the experience feel oddly personal and "comedic" rather than a professional assessment of my skills.
Advice to those applying: Master the STAR method for the early competency rounds. For the Case Study, don't just look at the surface-level numbers; you need to really live in the data because they will grill you on it. Be ready for a high-pressure roleplay where the "clients" are intentionally difficult. If you don't have industry experience, do industry research, but accept that they’ll still ask you things you couldn't possibly know yet. Just stay calm and try not to let the interruptions rattle you.

Entrevista
(First) Interview process is pleasant. However, HR's processes are very convoluted. Applied for position A, reached the final round, was informed that I would be a better fit for position B, and upon a brand new interview round, only to find out it was for position C. Not sure what the HR was thinking, treating candidates like a ball, bouncing around in different departments. Very unpleasant candidate experience.
