I applied online and was contacted by an internal recruiter a few days later to set up a telephone call. I took the afternoon off work to prepare and to take the call. The recruiter, however, had other ideas - she failed to turn up without any warning or courtesy follow-up email. I got a voicemail 48 hours later saying that something came up and there was no time to let me know. Although I was pretty turned off at this point I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt - after chasing twice we rearranged the call. So we have the call... There was no attempt from her side at building rapport, I was just fired a range of standard, relatively easy interview questions, apart from one asking me to "pitch Deliveroo's corporate services to me?!" when I had not been given any information on what their "corporate" services were. I highlighted this but I was instructed to give it a go anyway. At the end of her script, I was then asked for my current renumeration package and following my response the the call went pretty flat. I was told I would be given feedback by the end of the following week... This didn't happen and I'm still waiting.......... Not that I would touch these guys with a barge pole, but I was very disappointed as it's such an innovative business with a killer business model. I would like to think this is merely the result of one seriously incompetent recruiter but judging from the reviews on here, they don't take great care of their talent (one review indicates that senior managers ask their subordinates to write good reviews on here..?!). Shame on you Deliveroo, you've just lost a good candidate as well as a frequent customer!!

Premier appel telephonique, puis un cas à preparer chez soi et présenter dans les bureaux, et enfin rdv avec le directeur commercial. Le cas était très clair et il n'y avait aucun piege. Les processus etaient chalereux et l'équipe vraiment top.
