I was interviewed by one of the talent managers at Deliveroo. She seemed quite nice, if a bit disorganised. At the end of the phone screening, she said she would get back to me with a date for a 1-1 interview with an Engineer the following week, but she never did. I subsequently sent a follow-up email, which she did respond to about a week later. This email just said she'd follow up with more information within a week, which of course never happened. I'd have appreciated more transparency from them if they weren't interested in my candidacy.
