Very thorough and enjoyable process. Good to meet lots of people in various functions. Very considered process. Several rounds of individual and group interviews. Presentation on a strategy. Good experience.

Had a quick screener interview which lasted about 30 mins and was told to do an assignment. The assignment was hard and I had to spend a solid 3 days working on it. I'm not currently working so it was a lot easier but can imagine it being hard for a full-time person to work on this brief. It's been more than 2 weeks and not heard back anything, even though I've been told that they would get back to me within a certain timeframe. I've been ghosted before by many companies throughout my years of job hunting but think it's really rude if the company doesn't even let you know whether you're still in the running or not for a job especially after you've produced a long presentation in response to their brief.
