After a scheduled phone chat with the recruiter, she sent me a test which I was to complete within 24 hours. The test took a couple hours to complete and had 3 main sections. After we moved forward to the interviewing phase. The recruiter set up 3 x 45 minute interviews, which took most of a day in light of the considerable gaps in between them. The last interview of the day was with the head of Operations, who cut the 45 min interview into less than 20 minutes. The next day I got a generic rejection email sent from an iPhone. I emailed back the next day to ask if there was any feedback (especially in light of the last interview) and its been over 2 weeks there has yet to be a response. It is a bit disappointing they were unable to respond after investing that amount of time, even if it was to say there was no feedback. They were nice people but however inconsiderate with a candidate's time.
