1. Had an initial hangouts call to check company fit with the Recruiter. Salary expectations was a question that I was greatly pushed to answer. 2. After the call I had practical regioonal coding interview. It was in Java. The interviewer did not show up on the first interview. We had to reschedule. This sent a bad vibe instantly to me. 3. The same interview rescheduled, she again joined in late, 15 mins late yet the interview was a 1 hour interview. She was not audible and I could hardly hear her. I really strained and kept saying been you pardon which is a number one sign of a bit successfu process. Due to her heavy accent, some words were not clear at all.
